Good Morning Students!
I hope you are all doing well. I have missed you since I started my maternity leave. Rowen James made his arrival on Tuesday, September 25th. He weighed 9 pounds and 8 ounces. I will bring him to see you soon. I have been looking over your grades and I am proud to see that you are doing well in third grade. Keep up the good work!

See you soon!

Love, Mrs. Mack

Grandparent's Day 2012

Grandparent's Day was a huge success. We had about 40 grandparents in attendance. We appreciate all that the parents did to make this event so successful. If you child came home talking about the pie, below is the recipe. It is a very quick, kid friendly recipe that the students enjoyed preparing.

No Bake Chocolate Pie from Cooks.com
1 graham cracker crust
1 large package of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk
1 large tub of Cool Whip

Mix pudding according to directions. Spoon a layer into the crust. Take one cup of Cool Whip and mix with two cups of chocolate pudding. Pour into the crust. Top with a layer of Cool Whip.
